In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, customers will be entitled to a full refund up to 7 days after purchasing the product/service.

Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel any of the courses. Should an alteration or cancellation become necessary, you will then have the choice of accepting the change or withdrawing from the contract and accepting a refund of all monies paid to Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd.

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

If you cancel a booking and successfully rearrange an alternative date, then there will be no administration charge but if you make a further cancellation and arrange another alternative date, then there will be a £20 administration fee applied.

Direct purchases or vouchers purchased from Red Cloud

If you cancel or change your booking for any reason, the following will apply:

More than 2 weeks before the course starts- 50% refunded*

Less than 2 weeks before the course starts – no refund**

*If you cancel or change your booking with at least 2 weeks before the start date of the course, then a 50% refund will be made of any money. However, Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd will make every effort to fill the cancellation with another client, and if this is done, a full refund (minus £10 administration charge) will be made for that date.

**If you cancel within 2 weeks of the course, no refund will be made of any money. However, Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd will make every effort to fill the cancellation with another client, and if this is done, a refund (minus £10 administration charge) will be made for that date.

Tuition cannot be given without full payment being made before the course begins. You are only enrolled on a course when the full amount of money has been paid.

Voucher purchases made from experience website companies

If you cancel or change your booking for any reason, the following will apply:

More than 4 weeks before the course starts - you will be entitled to change onto an alternative course.

Less than 4 weeks before the course starts - you will be asked to send in your voucher immediately. Only once we receive this, and providing we can fill your existing slot on the course, then Red Cloud will then allow you to re-book onto an alternative course.

Red Cloud Photography Days offer a full refund guarantee to any participant of our courses who is not 100 % satisfied with their course delivery or content.  To qualify for a refund, Red Cloud reserve the right to communicate with other course participants on the same course to ensure that there was a less than satisfactory delivery of expectations. Where it is not found to be the case, that we have failed to provide an adequate performance, no refund will be given.

 

Red Cloud will offer a free place or a refund only if there is a common complaint or level of dissatisfaction that does not reflect the way Red Cloud markets or advertises any of its courses. Participants must notify Red Cloud of their displeasure in writing within 7 calendar days of completing the course and ensuring that they provide the date and location of their course.

 

If you are attending a Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd course, and have booked through an online experience day’s company, you are asked to send your voucher before your course. You will be given details on how to do this.  Failure to do this will result in you not being allowed to gain access to the course. Once we have received your voucher, a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

In the event of The Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd being unable to run a course due to illness or other circumstances beyond our control, the course will be cancelled and all monies paid to us will be refunded, unless you agree to accept an alternative date for the course.

Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd will not be held responsible for any other costs incurred by you (e.g. accommodation, travel, etc) if we are forced to cancel a course for any reason.

Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd reserves the right to change any of the prices, service, venue or other particulars contained on the website at any time before we enter into a contract with you. If there is any change, we will notify you before we enter into such a contract.

Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd will not be liable for any injuries to participants whilst attending one of our courses. Each participant agrees full responsibility for any loss, damage or injury during a Red Cloud course.

Red Cloud may occasionally change the venue where the courses are held. The change of venue will always be in close proximity to the advertised location but all participants will be fully notified on any changes.

During a Red Cloud Photography Days Ltd course, participants may visit a variety of outdoor and indoor locations. It is the responsibility of each participant that during the full duration of course, and when visiting or travelling to or from these locations, they do so entirely at their own personal risk and take full responsibility for their actions. Participants must be aged 18+ to take part on Red Cloud Photography Days courses.
